Help! I rented a movie on iTunes...

I want to play it on my Apple TV, but it doesn't show up in my Shared movies. Don't tell me I had to rent it directly from my Apple TV to watch it...

It should be in the Apple TV's "My Movies". Provided you synched it to your iTunes library.

How would I do that? I never sync my iTunes library before... I usually just stream my movies and stuff.
