My computer was getting full, so yesterday I deleted a lot of things off of it and then ran a "erase free space", I just now opened Aperture to look for a picture and a message came up saying I needed to create a library

as it opened up, there were no projects and no pics ! It's not a huge deal as i backed everything up not long ago to an external HDD, but if it is "gone" how do I restore from my backed up HDD ? And is there anyway to look for it ?

THANKS !!

The Aperture library should be in the Pictures folder under your home directory. By default it's named "Aperture Library.aplibrary". It's one consolidated package, so restoring from a Time Machine backup should be a snap.
