All Devices Help: iCloud deleted emails keep reappearing in my inbox.

Hi there, this issue started about a week ago. When ever I delete an email from my iCloud Inbox, it reappears back in my inbox after a few days. The content doesn’t load and says the content of the message can’t be loaded from the server. This is very annoying as I get hundreds of deleted emails back into My knob. This occurs across all my devices.i am running the new iOS and PadOS so maybe it’s a bug.

any ideas?
