Ive seen this app on a few of the monthly desktops threads but cant figure out what it is. the taped image of the attached photo.

Of course I am just assuming this is an app and not built into their desktop photos..anyone know what this app is or one that does something similar?

You could do this with GeekTools, too. You'd have to add the frame to an image, but it's easy enough to do. I did it with a photo behind a frame, with the photo randomly changing every so often.

I'm interesting in the apps above, though.

how would you get the photo to be rotated like that? are you just using transparent .png files already angled like that?

I used transparent gifs made with my 4 remaining days of free trial for Photoshop Elements. =)
