Help identifying app on ad

Hi Everyone,
I'm going to China for two weeks holiday, however, as you'd expect I have no idea about speaking or reading Mandarin.

But, I saw this app on the current iPhone "discover" ad.

My hope is that someone might know what it is called so I can buy it :)
