Help identifying photo editing app in Newsroom article

I’m having trouble identifying the photo editing app used in the marketing image for the macOS Tahoe Newsroom article. It doesn’t resemble Preview on macOS 26 or Pixelmator Pro in its current form, unless it’s an upcoming redesign of Pixelmator Pro?

If you pause the Spotlight search that is shown on the video your still is from, it appears to be Acorn Photo Editor updated with Liquid Glass for Tahoe.
