Help: IDSKeychainSyncingProxy quit unexpectedly

Moved from Yosemite to the new El Capitan beta.

Used the SuperDuper clone to go back to Yosemite shortly thereafter.

Everything works fine, except, I get a constant on-screen error that appears in the subject line of this message.

Went into Disk Utility and tried to do a simple permissions repair. That did not work.

Anyone have a possible solution?
