my Macintosh HD has be removed, I can’t find it in cs list and I’m not able to hit “view” on disutil because it isn’t there anymore

It looks to me like it's right there in the above image on the left, listed as "Apple SSD SM02..."

What year was it made?
What version of the OS are you using?

What do you need to DO with the drive?
