Hi Everyone,

I’ve been an Apple Fan for many years having owned a iPhone 3,4,5,6 & 7, iPad 2, iPad Air 2, Apple TV, Apple Airport Express * 2, MacBook Air and most recently a MacPro and everything was fine until the start of this year when my MacAir started to do strange things and even one of the Senior Advisers at Apple quoted it as unexpected behaviour. I also work offshore as an Electro Technical Officer and some of my duties include IT. I’m no expert however I can find my way around a system and understand the importance of firewalls etc.

I have many screen recordings and screenshots of things happening that shouldn’t. Many were security related and even I as the only user and administrator was being refused permission to do things that I should of been allowed. On my Air we even wiped it clean and reinstalled the MacOS TWICE! And the problems came back immediately and I didn’t set it up from a backup, I set it up as a new machine to prevent dragging problems over.

After 22 phone calls over 1 hour long each time to Apple Senior Support and uploading many screen recordings and logs finally I went in to a store where the manager agreed to replace the MacAir. I paid the extra though and upgraded to the MacPro.

Now with my new MacPro I haven’t copied any of my music or files etc to it and have only downloaded 2 Apps from the App Store which was a screen recorder to record anything strange and a media player. That is it all I have done because the Attacks on my MacAir looked too targeted to be anything else but a hacker and never was any Virus or Malware or Adware found on the MacAir therefore I wanted to keep it as clean an install of MacOS as possible so Apple couldn’t point the finger at any Apps!

Almost immediately after getting the Pro I’m having a lot of “unexpected behaviour” and security issues etc and again have all the screen recordings and screenshots to back it up. For example a few days ago strange things were happening and even my Administrator password was rejected even though entered 100% correctly (And I’m the only user with Guest account off)and so I tried to do a System Diagnostic and low and behold that kept crashing!

I have again spoke to Apple Senior Advisers and uploaded my screen Recordings to them and again they promised to get back to me and haven’t and now i’ve Tried to call the Senior Adviser on his direct number he gave to me 3 times since Sunday and left a message and he isn’t getting back to me which I come across quite often with Senior Advisers.

Can anyone here please help me? Or even advise if there is someone higher I can go to above Senior Advisers?

I’m on Mac-Forum and many people on there who have seen my screen recordings have also said it is very strange what I’m getting!!

I’m happy to post links here to my screen recordings if that’s allowed / anyone interested.

Thanks in Advance for your time

Kind Regards Phil
