Help! iMac G4 Kernal Panic

I have a iMac G4 and I went to reload the OS off of the DVD's that came with when I bought it and after the load and restart I get a kernal panic screen. I ran my hardware test and it came back good, even looped it for an hour. Tried to reinstall the OS again and same thing.

Any help would be awesome and much appreciated!!
