[Help] Imac won't start up..

Hi, I have an imac and from when I installed maverick osx everything went bad..

First it was slower at the startup but now...
It's at the point that it will freeze on the white apple screen and doesn't react to anything.

I tried to start up from:
shift
c
cmd+r
cmd+opt+r+p

all of these are without result only sometimes when i try cmd+r it gives the loading icon but does it for ages.
I also already tried the pull plug a few times without any succes..

Imac specs:
27inch
2,8GHz i5
4GB

Imac version mid 2010


Please help!?

Try pressing option at startup.
Try original install disk.
Try to boot from other drives.

If unsuccessful make reservation with Genius Bar
