HELP! iMovie 11 not recognising TRANSPARENCY!

Ok, so I made this transparent logo in After Effects. It's a rotating logo. However, when I put it in iMovie, it sees it as a black background instead of a logo with a transparent background. I have no idea how to fix this.

Please help!
