HELP! Import Outlook .PST contacts into Address Book

Subject says it. I am desperate to convert an old PST file from Outlook that only contains contacts, and import these into OS X Address Book. I see a lot of things that will convert mail, but really need to get these addresses in.

EDIT: I have the addresses on Vcards as well if that is any help.
