Help! In Amsterdam and "Searching" on 4S

Have Verizon iPhone 4S through work. Called and had international data/voice activated before I left. Dialed *228 and updated roaming like I was told. Landed in Amsterdam and phone is "searching" and "no service."

What's going on?

Try powering off/on and see if it helps.
