For once, I'm not quite sure what I want from apple this holiday season.
I have a one-year-old 24" iMac so no computers on my list this year, I have a first-gen iPhone but I think at this point it makes sense to wait for June, and I have a nice pair of noise canceling headphones. I was thinking to buy something in the $300-400 range. Maybe an Apple TV? The idea does sound appealing- it's almost like a DVR but it has it's advantages and disadvantages. I mean the iPod Touch is pretty cool but I feel like and iPhone and an iPod Touch (correct me if I'm wrong) are a silly combination. Any ideas?

Maybe ask for cash and save it up for something else?

Do you have an external hard drive? A Time Capsule might be nice...

I have a 1TB time capsule- and unfortunately I lost a bit of money the last time I invested with apple about a year ago (oh how things change) but I'm still holding on to my shares. Maybe I should wait until macbook- maybe a new cool netbook will come out?
