Tried installing new RAM, at boot up getting a beeping sound from the notebook and not booting up. It must not be recognizing the RAM tried installing back the original RAM and same sound. I have installed RAM before first time ever getting this response. Any suggestions tried re seating the RAM several times but no difference just a beeping sound.

I had this happen when the RAM was not properly seated... Just make sure the modules are pushed in far enough (only a very tiny amount of the contact should be visible). I removed mine and just used a little more force, then everything was fine.

Same thing happened to me. Its a firmware problem related to the logic board. Take it back and get a new one.
