I'm not sure if this is still on topic but I have a question, maybe you have a solution.
I downloaded Windows 7RC 64 bit from the link, burned it (at first I mounted it by mistake and ejected mounted image). Burned Windows 7RC to a DVD, then went a head and tried to boot from the CD. I already have an XP partition. I want to do a clean install of Windows 7RC on the XP partition.
But when I boot from the DVD I get a screen that shows:
1.
2.
Select CD-ROM Boot type:
Then locks up the system, I can't do any thing other then turn off the machine.
Do I need re-download image or am I missing something....
Oh I burned it with Disk Utility; should I've used Toast (I have Toast 9).
Something else to mention is when I boot by holding down the option key to select what to boot from. Mac OS X shows up, Windows XP, Windows (DVD), EFI Boot (DVD)
Got any ideas?
Hugh
