Can some of you more knowledgeable Mac persons help interpret this Repair Permissions summary? I have a three year old 1.67g Powerbook. I recently sent it to have a 250g hard drive put in. It's been running great. No problems before or after.

However, I had a crash the other day (gray screen request to restart). Not really overly concerned, but ran the RP anyway. When I see things that can't be repaired, I'm more curious as to why.

Thanks in advance.

suid errors are simply files that have been modified since the scan was started and of course cant be scanned.

i dont see anything in there thats a problem , the files at the bottom are just permission errors, looks like a file had more permission than it was suppose to.

hope this helps

I used to see stuff like that when I first updated to 10.5.6 via the update utility. Following the advise of some members on here I downloaded the combo update for 10.5.6 on apple's website and installed that. I haven't seen those warnings since.
