Help: invalid PEOF, Powerbook G3

After frequent crashes, I got the message: Disk First Aid detected a problem that it could not fix. It was described as: "Invalid PEOF, 103848, 1004". I tried to use DiskWarrior, but am not sure, if I even created the problem by starting up from the DiskWarrior CD and running it on OS 9.2.2, whereas the Powerbook runs on OS 8.6.
