Help iOS10 Public Beta 6 Text Emoji

I have 2 6s's both have the Public Beta 10 v6 just updated today. One phone works fine but the other when your texting for example "apple" an emoji use to appear same thing if you texted "house" a house emoji would appear. Now no emojis are appearing.

I think I am missing something simple. Can anyone advise?
