Hi Guys, so here's the crack...

I have been offered an iPad 2, 16GB, 3G, White, which was only purchased on 8th May this year and has plenty of Applecare left.

I have knocked the seller down to £185.

I have been to inspect it tonight and the screen is completely smashed, the digitiser is in full working order and I had a play around with it, but the glass on top is completely smashed.

I have around 6 hours, until I need to wake up again and pick it up. The question is do I pick it up. Is this easily fixable for a relatively low sum of money. Or is it just not worth it.

I appreciate any feedback, the more the better, please think of all pros and cons and let me know what you guys think I should do.

Thank you as always Macrumors.

Not worth it. Too close in price to a nice refurb from Apple.

Yup totally agree and you get a new battery and outer case along with a 1 year warranty from Apple. If the buyer accepts 160 pounds then that would be more acceptable.

If I managed to get the seller to 160...what would the fix process be. Cost/Time wise.
