[Help] iPad 4th Gen WiFi won't boot.

I bought a 4th gen iPad from a friend for $50 knowing it doesn't work.

When powered on it shows the Apple logo for like a whole minute then shuts off. I am unable to get it into Recovery or DFU mode. I've used iTunes and all the other popular recovery and hack software.

Any ideas????
