Help: ipad pro restaring while charging

Everything was working fine with ios 11 public beta 5 on my ipad pro 1

But when it ran out of battery, i plugged the lighting cable and now it wont stop restarting..

Please help me fix this.. and if restoring it is the only way then how?

I unplugged my USB-C charger and plugged the nurmal charger i use for my iphone instead and its chargering again... everything went back to normal once the percentage went above 1%...

I’m back on the usb-c charger.... i have to keep it charged i guess...
