Help: iPad stuck, Clearance delay

I have never had this happen to me where it says that it wasn't cleared? What do I do about this?

I am attaching what is showing up when I track it. I don't get why the activity says "Clearance Delay - Import Memphis TN" while up at top it's still in ANCHORAGE, AK?

Anyone have this before?

Apple said pre-order on Friday, ships one week later.
All shipping companies are required to hold back delivery.
It will be cleared and delivered on time.

It is just a iPad Air 1 and I ordered it awhile ago. I just hope I don't have to wait another week because of being delayed in customs. I have heard horror stories.
