HELP iphone 3 frooze doing iphone update ):

pleeease help! i have had my new shop bought iphone3 for less than a month i wanted to do a update on it in the process i accidently disconected the cord out of the computer causing it to freeze and not work. at the moment it has a apple and a bar that is about 15% across the screen i have looked everywhere for a resulotion but cannot find one i can not restart it or turn it on as it is frozen and cannot be rejesterd on my computer or any other computers. pleease help with any advise would be amazing:)

ACTUALLY ! for anybody with this problem i think i fixed it hold the hold button and home button until it turns black and turn it back on you will proberbly have to still update the phone and restore it hopfully works out well:)
