Help! iPhone 3GS no Baseband and restarting every 2 minutes

Hi I need your help guys..
Ive tried upgrading my 3gs baseband hoping that i can unlock it, but what happened was device shows no imei, bt, wifi and baseband etc. and worse is it keeps on restarting every 3 minutes.

I know its not a hardware issue and theres still a fix for this.

There is no fix.
Its messed up for good.
