HELP! IPhone 3GS not recognized in iTunes

Not sure what firmware it had or if it even has one installed, tried to jailbreak with every sn0w available and NOTHING, tried installing iOS 4.3 NOTHING, upgraded to iTunes 10 STILL nothing HELP PLEASE

Try using iTunes 10.5.1 and try update it too iOS 5 or 5.0.1.

My phone seems to be stuck in Recovery mode. When adding firmware, it always goes as far as all the scripts processing on the phone but nothing changes...still in recovery mode HELP

Put it in DFU mode then do a restore
