Yes, I had to just open it up...

So I fixed my screen just fine, but did something stupid and used a metal prong to open the battery connector to the logic board. It sparked, not sure which one.

So the phone works fine, seems a bit slow, but I'm worried that it's heating up a bit more.

Should I be concerned? Should I replace the logic board? or the heat disbursement film of the logic board?

If the logic board still works fine I wouldn't worry about replacing it, I would suggest replacing the battery and restoring the iPhone
