Help iphone 4 ring of death

Hey there I tried jailbreaking my iPhone 4 and Cydia wasn't working so I thought I would go and completely wipe clean my iphone and try again. Now that i pressed that on my iPhone it is stuck in a circle of death. It's been like this for an Hour and a Half. Please Help Me!!

Put in the oven..it needs to cure for at least 2 hours

Have you tried DFU mode?

never ever wipe a jailbroken device that's what happens when you do. Restore to remove jb. do what appleguy123 said. Hopefuilly I don't need to tell you to ignore Trey1984.
