Help iPhone 4 sound skipping???

So there wasn't a problem till today, but it first happened when i locked it, the lock sound was skipping, and i didn't realize that i thought it was having a mental breakdown, so u just shut if off...

Didn't happen again till now, but it happens when i pause pandora, the song skips when i pause it instead of stopping. i haven't been able to replicate it in the ipod app.

But its also when i lock it or unlock it the lock sound skips and it sounds bad, though i'm thinking its not actually doing harm to the device.

Also it happens through both headphone and speakers

otherwise i love my iphone 4, i just want it to stop

Same thing was happening to me today. Whenever I would go to lock it the sound would skip, sort of like very bad reverberation.

Rebooting my phone fixed it...at least for now.

yea, i rebooted mine, but it only worked for another 8 hours, i'll do it again... but this kinda sucks if it keeps on happening
