help Iphone 4 stuck connect itunes screen

I bought this iphone 4 at Craigslist two months ago, and i was using gevey sim with t-mobile and everything is working fine. Able to connect to itunes, and everything else is working. But today i tried to upgrade the version to 4.3.5, and it stuck in itunes screen. I have tried to put in my att sim card, but it still not working.

ok but i have check the warranty of the iphone it said the iphone have been replace. Is this meaning it's a lost and found iphone? I afraid apple thinking i stolen this iphone.
