HELP: iphone 4 wont sync after jailbreaking

hi guys after jailbreaking iphone4, i realise that itunes doesnt sync any thing to my iphone anymore. e old music and videos that was originally there remains but i cant add any more new stuff inside. i made sure the settings are all okay ( unchecked sync manually , made sure all boxes tick etc etc)

please advice.
