Help! iPhone 5 from Asia

Hi guys,

Recently got an iPhone 5 from Asia and using it with tmobile here in the US. I am only able to get edge network and was wondering if there is a way to get 4g network? Currently on ios 6.1.4.

T-Mobile's iPhone 5 is physically different hardware from the versions sold internationally so I'm afraid that there's no way to get it to work at this stage (it may eventually work as T-Mobile is in the process of moving UMTS to a different frequency, but I don't know whether that's happening nationwide or just in certain areas).
