[HELP] iPhone 5 screen problem !

My iPhone has some horizontal lines or something appearing on the top of my screen . I'm unable to pull down the "Notifications" from the top .
I have tried to restart the phone , and even restored the phone , still got the same problem .
Is anyone else having the same problem as me ?
What should I do to resolve this issue ?

i would try a restore through itunes, if this doesnt fix it then im almost certain its a hardware issue. you will need to bring it to apple for a replacement under warranty.
