help! iphone 6 plus blue screen not rebooting. can i recover photos

HEllo. My iphone 6 + is cycling through the blue screen, the white screen with apple logo, and black screen. I have downloaded MobiSaver and iPhone Data Recovery software but neither are working. They "see" my iPhone but can't work with it for some reason. I can get the iphone to prompt to be connected to iTunes. in ITunes the update doesn't work and it asks to reset but i don't want to lose the photos. anything else i can try? I have Verizon in case that matters.

If your computer can not access your photos when plugged in . . . well you are likely out of luck. Hope you have been backing up
