iPhone XS Max running iOS 13.2.3

I noticed that my cellular data usage has been unusually high lately. It turns out that “Uninstalled Apps” is the culprit. This past Monday and Tuesday, it used about 1.5 GB each day. I haven’t uninstalled any apps in a long time.

So this morning, I reset the cellular statistics. Tonight is show almost a gig of data used for uninstalled apps. Seriously puzzled about this but something has gone rogue. Anyone else experiencing this?

This is from just today’s stats... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!
