Help - iPhone Freezes when I click on Safari

Does anyone know what I can do to solve Safari from freezing?

If I shut down the iPhone... it helps for the time being. But, Safari still freezes haphazardly. It basically comes n' goes...

Has anyone else experienced problems with Safari freezing?
