Help! iPhone is stuck and not working

I have an iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1 and was downloading spire(Siri) and it froze while running so I couldn't cancel it. I turned it off and then when I turned it back on it was stuck at the loading circle screen. I've tried share resetting it and I've tried re-jail breaking it and nothing works, please help I'm lost without my phone
