Help ! iPhone messed up after unther

Im on 5.0.1 unther I downloaded it and notice a few bugs from apps not load to bitesms I used corna from cydia but I went over with the newest redsnow it worked but my packages were still there but it's as if I'm in safe mode.i then went and just booted this didn't seem to work. I also have spire any help ? Know why my packages aren't working ?

so you used corona and then went and did redsn0w? Did you uninstall corona 1st? They are not meant to be used together . One or the other also according to surik redsn0w is more stable.
