Ok i just restored my phone (well my friend restored his. play along)
we backed up- and restored from a past back up. it went through the steps. it restarted the phone, but on my itunes it still says "Set up your phone" screen. asking me to set up the phone again!
we can add songs, but we cannot see the music.movies.tv shows.podcast pane on the side!
