Help iphone stuck on reboot

I have a jailbroken 4.2.1 iphone 3gs. I was normally using my iphone and i respringed it and when i did that it froze so i did a hard reset. After it started booting up my iphone would show the circle loading bar and would freeze again. My phone has been stuck on this for a few days now and I cant fix it. I really do not want to restore if I can. Please help

Also my computer can read the files and itunes reads it and acts like its on but the iPhone wont leave the booting screen.
