Help iPhone theming app!!

Hey guys...so I'm making my own itouch theme...others I like but i feel like they don't give me personalization options I'm kinda stuck with their wallpaper Ect. So Im doing a htc themed style and I was wondering how do I get a menu sytem similar to "true htc hd2" theme's. If you type it in and do a google images search it is the one with 5 iPhones next to each other each showing a deferent menu...http://modmyi.com/images/nickhesson/1z66uk7.jpg there is the link..i want to get a general menu option like games settings Internet ECt on the bottom like that..but when it comes up I want it to have a listed view of the app like this one..however I dont know or know how to search for a Cydia app like that..can someone point me in the right direction..thank you
