My friends 3G screen went blank and won't turn on. We went to the apple store they tried the same hard starts and all we tried. The phone came on again for a few min. then off again. Sadly to see the genious bar he has to wait till WED plus it's his work phone. Has anyone been in similar situation and know what to do? Plus we went to AT&t and they only offered him to buy a 30.00 go phone. It's not right that you are out of luck with your phone plus bad buisness in my opinion. I have a iPhone too and on previous phones they would have a new one for me ASAP. any help on what the problem could be or to get a phone faster please let me know. I think it's an internal problem and on Wed they will say that and take even longer. Oh plus he has apple care.
