HELP! iPhone4 settings,apps gone/hidden after 2 fail sim card attempts!

Hi.

Im having a very weired problem with my iphone 4

My doughter attempted to enter the sim card code 2 times. and the third was successful.

But all apps are hidden(can find it in search) and all their settigns are reseted! and photos and videos and all all are gone!

I don't know what happnened! and I keep receiveing this notification (important message)

Please help! I'm a pilot and tomorrow I have work and I really want to fix my iphone and know what the heck was happened :(

Firmware: 4.0.1
Note: didn't setup any erase information or data in my iphone at all!
