Hello all,
This is my first post ever and it happens to be a question.

I import all of my photos into iPhoto via my SD card. For the most part they sit there as a digital photo album until I decide to print or email them.

So here's my question. In the morning I often notice files in my "Trash" can/folder.. they are usually iPhone/iPad apps that I deleted or were older versions that now have new updated versions. I usually empty and move on. Today I noticed (and this is not the first time) a large chunk of my photos in there. They were all from the same "event", but I had not deleted them or used iPhoto at all recently. I searched some of the files in finder and they appeared to still be on my HDD, but I don't want to empty my trash and lose photos.

Thanks in advance for any help :)

If they still appear on your drive, it's safe to empty your Trash.
