I followed an online tutorial for my iPod to connect to my phone's internet, and have completed everything except for one step, which I don't seem to understand.

There are instructions both here and here.

The part I don't understand is:

b) Open PHM Registry Editor and go to 'HKLM\Comm\ConnectionSharing\PrivateInterface=BTPAN1'
c) Change 'PrivateInterface=BTPAN1' to 'TIACXWLN1', Ok and save this. Exit the registry editor

Here is a screenshot of my registry editor:

As you can see, BTPAN1 seems to be a completely different folder?
I don't understand what I'm supposed to do.

Can someone help me?

This isn't a problem with the iPod Touch necessarily, but I'm hoping that some of you have done this before.
 
double click and change the value.

at least that's how you change values on Windows' built in registry editor.
