OK I bought my daughter and ipod touch 3rd generation 32 gb from ebay and when I got it I connected it to Itunes and tried to restore to factory settings and update to new ios. However it would not update and now is stuck on the apple. It sometimes has a circle like it is doing something and then it goes away and then comes back. It has been doing this for two hours now. What do I do?
