HELP... ipod touch is stuck in recovery mode after jailbreak

HI everyone
I jailbroke my ipod just now and my ipod now seems to be in recovery mode. It shows the usb with an arrow pointing at the itunes icon on my ipod touch when i try to start it up.

I do not want to restore my ipod touch and is there a way to get it out of recovery mode beside from restoring it.
