Help issue with dialer when I install a theme

I have tried to install several different themed that include a themed dialer. Everything about the themes works fine except my dialer

When i open my dial pad it looks normal with the theme for about 2 seconds and then it gets very small. All the number buttons shrink down towards the bottom of the screen. If i push all over the screen it only recognizes it as either a 0,1,#, or *

Check MY SALES DIALER if you are a sales professional! if you want to use your phone as a power dialer This dialer is for android phones, which is same as call center power dialer It dials list of contacts automatically. Sends messages to the persons you want and reminds for follow up at right time. Folders like prospectus, clients and leads etc made this app more comfortable for sales people... Also it works on both VoIP and normal Telephony. Good app for sales folks...
