HELP IT WON'T WORK - Cydia error - timeout?

Okay I have a bit of a problem, I had to reboot my iphone last night after downloading a 'dodgy' widget for my phone. I had jailbroken and unlocked it two days ago and everything was working fine.

I opened Cydia to download Ultrasn0w 1.2.3 but it opens normally just the top bit keeps saying Done: Release then comes up saying Error - Timeout?.

Anybody know how to fix this? I updated with Sn0wbreeze 4.3.3 (and everything was working).

I think something is wrong with cydia I keep getting errors as well
